Non Violence Concert and MLK, post latest school shootings- April 9 NYC

Time for a new student non-violence movement, Harlem and Bronx dudes, especially in the wake of the Parkland Fla mass school shooting.  Dangerous times indeed, time for a new SNCC-- student non violent coordinating committee.

On Monday, April 9, at 7 p.m., The Foundation for the Revival of Classical Culture will present a commemoration of the life of Martin Luther King with music and speeches at St. Bartholomew’s Church, 325 Park Avenue, NYC. Artists from the Harlem Opera Company, and the New York City Schiller Institute chorus will perform.  Headline artists are Simon Estes, operatic bass-baritone, Roland Carter, composer, and Ed Asner, actor. Performances include: Recitations from the speeches of Martin Luther King, Spirituals, sections of Beethoven's Mass in C Major, and the Lacrimosa from Mozart's Requiem.  Roland Carter will conduct his own arrangements.

Bernard Lafayette, the keynote speaker, was a founder of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC),  and a leading organizer of marches in Selma, Alabama and the March on Washington, DC. He has been a school principal, and taught the principles of non-violence in many settings in the USA and internationally.

In April 9, 1968, 50 years ago, Bernard Lafayette was also at the funeral of Martin Luther King in Atlanta Georgia. This concert is dedicated to celebrating the triumph of Martin Luther King's stand against injustice, even at the cost of his life. “Either we go up together, or we go down together.”
In the words of King,“Like anybody, I would like to live a long life. Longevity has its place. But I'm not concerned about that now. I just want to do God's will. And He's allowed me to go up to the mountain. And I've looked over. And I've seen the Promised Land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight, that we, as a people, will get to the promised land!”

For more information and to purchase reserve seats tickets call: 718-709-8722 or visit www.ffrcc.org.  Reservations recommended. Tickets: $15 reserved seats; $10 suggested donation at door.

Dudes rap on the hiphop silk road

OK Harlem and Bronx dudes... get into the polit poetry, the rap, the hip hop hop, or whateva...

Time to take a ride on the Silk Road....
For a new economy we gotta be bold
If you wanna win go for the gold...
Where there is a future to be bought and sold.

Yes, folks, with Trump going to Asia and China in November... get your rap togeta, your poetry, whateva...
it's time to get on da road....Last week, the Schiller Institute inaugurated a weekly webcast, to bring to the attention of citizens throughout the world the incredible new dynamic which has been unleashed around China’s Belt-and-Road Initiative (BRI). The BRI is defining a New Paradigm for mankind, which means an end to geopolitics, with its endless wars, its bailouts and bail-ins of bankrupt financial institutions, and its demands for deadly austerity against the vast majority of people. This dynamic, which Mrs. LaRouche characterized as the “Spirit of the Silk Road” represents an opportunity for mankind to achieve a new era of peace, through development.
In less than a month, President Trump will travel to Asia, with visits to China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, and the Philippines. His meeting with President Xi Jinping has the potential to be world historic, building on the positive rapport between the two from their initial meeting in April in Mar-e-Lago.
The forces of the neocon transatlantic oligarchy are engaged in a desperate deployment to prevent this relationship from developing into full collaboration. That is what is behind the “Get Trump” operation and why it must not be allowed to succeed.
For the US and European nations to join the New Silk Road is the only way to escape a new financial crash, which even outgoing German finance minister Wolfgang Schaeuble is warning about.
TRANSCRIPT
HARLEY SCHLANGER:  Hello, I'm Harley Schlanger from the Schiller Institute, and I'd like to welcome you to our weekly webcast with Helga Zepp-LaRouche, who's the founder and chairwoman of the Schiller Institute.
Helga is known around the world as the "Silk Road Lady," for the work that she's done in presenting the ideas of the Silk Road, and developing it to the reality today of the Global Land-Bridge.
In less than a month, Donald Trump, President of the United States, will be making a trip to Asia, which will include stops in many countries, but none as important as his visit to China. It's hoped that he'll be able to build on the personal rapport he's developed with Xi Jinping over the many months since the first meeting they had in Mar-a-Lago, because there's quite a bit at stake with this.
And to get a picture of this unfolding dynamic let me welcome Helga, to speak to you.
HELGA ZEPP-LAROUCHE:  Hello.  As a matter of fact, this coming trip of President Trump to Asia will be extremely important, because this trip occurs in the context of a very, very dramatic strategic situation.  We have all signs that a new financial crash is in the workings, and we can talk about that in a little while; and there is an alternative already in existence, which is the incredibly dynamic Belt and Road Initiative, which has been initiated by China four years ago.

Advertising Freaks over Social Media

Hey Harlem and Bronx NY dudes-- Got the word at my company's town hall meeting yesterday, be careful of what you put on social media.  You can gossip about your sex life or lack of it, but not a thing about their advertisers, their clients, their campaigns.  Madison Avenue likes to make money off of facebook, twitter, etc but not give out secrets...

Listen, or they are going to fire you fast.  Also, very wary of freelancers, afraid of turncoats.  In Harlem NY, in Chelsea NYC, all around town.

787 Restaurant Bronx NY

I was at the 787 restaurant, and even met the owner, John Villaneuva.  Did you know that 787 Restaurant, aka Siete Ocho Siete (SOS) restaurant, takes its name from a prominent Puerto Rican area code.  Located at 3363 East Tremont Ave, Bronx NY, I was at the opening party, and the place was packed.  Didn't have the patience to eat, but I had a draft light beer. And it is Puerto Rican upscale cuisine.

The Secret Garden
The Bronx Museum has commissioned SuperPuesto, a temporary pavilion from artist Terence Gower. This exhibition, which opens on June 14, will host a series of education and public programs in conjunction with the it’s opening. SuperPuesto will stand in the garden of the Andrew Freedman Home, located across the street from the Bronx Museum.  Beyond the Supersquare presents the responses of contemporary artists to the intricate legacies of Modernism and Modernist Architecture in Latin America and the Caribbean.  Gower was inspired by the iconic form of Marcel Breuer’s House in the Museum Garden; SuperPuesto will be composed of multiple, brightly colored vinyl panels and will also feature a “butterfly’ roof.  More fun in the Bronx NY.

The war drive is a riot, but not too funny.  The socalled West is backing Kyiv junta and Nazis, while letting riots break out in the Eastern Ukraine.  The thieves obviously want to keep their real estate.  So we are on the brink of world war.  Think about it Harlem dudes, we could get blown up too, in New York bleepin City.  The bankers want their money and their real estate, no matter what.

Hey Harlem see the spy Obama

Hey harlem and bronx dudes and duddettes, the spy that you loved is Obama.  Doing all sorts of crazy shit.

Burt Wides, a veteran Congressional staffer, who headed the Church Committee's investigation of the CIA back in 1975-76, stated in an interview with RealNewsNetwork, that there are two factors that require a new Church Committee-type independent investigation of the intelligence agencies: (1) that the Congressional oversight committees "are so entangled in this imbroglio with the CIA and the Justice Department," and (2) Obama's failure to investigate the abuses that took place during the Bush administration during "Cheney's war on terror." Wides helped to originally create the House and Senate Intelligence Committees, and was involved in investigating Cheney's war on terror for Rep. John Conyers and the House Judiciary Committee. Wides has served as counsel or chief of staff to three U.S. Senators and two Congressional Committees.
Wides stated there's been some pressure for an independent investigation, but "it never came about because Obama didn't want it," and because the two intelligence committees didn't want to give up their jurisdiction to a third, independent body.
Wides further remarked that, as a result of the Church Committee revelations, "at least the liberal community was outraged, and especially because they were spying on First Amendment activities of Americans dissenting, etc." But in contrast today, "What I find among many of the same types of liberals who were outraged then ... (now) is 'I don't care, I don't care, even if they're spying on my First Amendment activities'" if there is some infinitesimal chance it will stop a terrorist attack. "That's the big change," Wides said.
Wides also made the point that, if Obama and the CIA want to keep something, like the Senate torture report, secret, that there is an established procedure by which the Senate can override the executive branch and make it public. (This is also the case vis-a-vis the suppressed 28 pages of the Joint Congressional Inquiry Report on 9/11.

Our U.S. Presidents

The way of our presidents in the USA is strange.  Harlem and Bronx dudes wonder why the USA is in such bad shape.  Obama has been a zombie for the British empire, just like George Bush Sr, and George W. Bush.  Need to impeach Obama now.

They tried to kill Ronald Reagan, to get Bush early, but Reagan recovered.  The evil Bush family, but then we had Clinton.  Bill Clinton was doing fine, but then they scandalized him, with the help of the dirty Al Gore.  The details of the setup of Bill Clinton, with the girl,  a total serial slut.  That's history.

Federal Solar Grant Worth it or not?

do you think Harlem and Bronx NY dudes, that a Federal Solar grant is worth it?  Any of you try putting up solar power or even solar hot water heaters in Harlem or the Bronx?  Just wondering, I know this is more of a rural thing.  Anyway, imagine having to clean the snow off those things.  Do you think it will help you in your bills?  Maybe with a good, fat subsidy.

Impeach Obama Harlem NY

We can impeach Obama.  I am not scared of Harlem and Bronx impeaching Obama.  Ok, he is kind of dark-skinned, but from his late mother's standpoint, he is just a dark Anglo-Irishman.  He is still destroying the constitution and the nation.  So Harlem and Bronx dudes, get down. New York NY can get in the groove.

n January 28, Barack Obama stood before the American people and the assembled U.S. Senate and Congress to deliver a State of the Union address which was one BIG LIE. Lyndon LaRouche denounced the speech in advance of its delivery in a statement entitled "Obama's Wicked Lurch." During the speech one congressman, Rep. Steve Stockman walked out to protest Obama's assault on the U.S. Constitution.
Stockman is running against incumbent Texas Senator John Cornyn in the upcoming Republican primary on March 4, while LaRouche Democrat Kesha Rogers is running in the Democratic primary.
Rogers has taken national leadership for several years now in calling for Obama's impeachment.
The day following his walkout, Stockman, who had previously purchased copies of the book "Impeachable Offenses" and distributed the book to every member of the Congress, posted the following statement on his website:
SHOULD I IMPEACH OBAMA?
JANUARY 29, 2014
Dear Patriot,
I'm considering filing Articles of Impeachment against Barack Obama.
You see, I walked out of Obama's State of the Union address last night.
Obama defiantly vowed not only to radically expand the reach of government from cradle to grave, but to smash the Constitution's restrictions on government power while doing it.
His goal is to eliminate our constitutional republic.
Last year I said I would consider impeachment as a last resort to stop Obama's abuse of power.
And, quite frankly, were running out of options.
But I can't do it alone.
This will only succeed if I have hundreds of thousands standing with me.
That's why I need to hear from you immediately.
Do you want Barack Obama impeached?
Please go here and tell me whether or not I should file Articles of Impeachment against Obama.
You have the power to determine the future of our constitutional republic. I need hundreds of thousands like you standing with me. Go here now and tell me whether or not Obama should be impeached.
Warmest wishes,
Congressman Steve Stockman

Greenie in the Ghetto

In the South Bronx, the greenie ghetto knows it ain't getting shit from Obama.  Because Obama is the Irish dude that the British Empire mated with a radical from Kenya.  Big deal, his family never been in the Bronx, the ghetto, New York City.  So Obama can cry global warming and wind power, but he want to play his game as el Presidente.

Shakespeare in the Park, Harlem

Looking for the Shakespeare in the park, but where is it?

A King of Infinite Space

By Mando Alvarado, Directed By Jerry Ruiz
Adapted from Hamlet By William Shakespeare

St. Mary’s Park, BX

Friday, July 13 - Saturday, July 14, 2012
Crotona Park, BX
8:00 PM
American rock collides with Shakespeare in the SummerStage commissioned, theatrical concert event, A King of Infinite Space. Noted playwright Mando Alvarado’s modern spin on William Shakespeare’s Hamlet places the plot in the Lower East Side, Manhattan for a more relatable take on the quintessential tale of struggling family dynamics, power, and revenge. Fusing the music and themes from American rock icon Pearl Jam’s ground-breaking album, 10, with a gritty Lower East Side dynamic, this concert event relates Shakespeare’s 17th century literature to 21st century New York City.

Manhattan Shakespeare ProjectSummit Rock, Central Park, June 16–19, 23–26St. Nicholas Park, Harlem, July 6–8Sunset Park, Brooklyn, July 14, 15 and 17Bring a blanket and settle in at one of three NYC parks for a free performance of Henry V. The all-woman Manhattan Shakespeare Company, which was founded in March 2010, strives to bring the Bard to new generations and diverse communities, says its founder and artistic director, Sarah Eismann. Although the staging will be minimal—the company will rely on found objects for props, for example—the production will be far from simple, addressing the challenges of an all-woman cast taking on a play dominated by male historical figures. "We are still in the throes of war and recession and depression and economical strife," says Eismann. "The Bard's timeless language and the literary aspects of his work talk about that, about what it's like to experience the extremes of human emotion—especially now as some of our soldiers who go off to fight are women."
Last year's inaugural production, Titus Andronicus, drew crowds of about 30 to 50 people per show. Manhattan Shakespeare Project has added performances in Harlem and Brooklyn this year, with the goal of attracting more people from a range of backgrounds to experience Shakespeare. Grave Doubt Harlem and Bronx Dudes

Harlem and Bronx NY dudes, there is a doubt if civilization can survive. You cannot trust yourself. It is the impulse of degeneration, Harlem dudes. Not just the thieving banks. Look at music, classical music. Do you fight for Furtwangler, for Beethoven to be performed properly? This Harlem and Bronx NY hip hop is degenerate beyond belief.
