. There is still a lot of questions on how the real estate downturn is going to affect Harlem. Other black neighborhoods, like South Jamaica, Queens have already been hit hard, with people losing their homes due to Adjustable Rate Mortgages going mad. And the $700-billion bailout plan is exposed as another fraud, with the money going into direct stock investment into major banks, and Not into anything to save people and neighborhoods from the blight of the real estate bubble. Tell that to our savior President-elect Obama.
