Real Crash hits in the Harlem T-Shirt

With the announcement of store closing and lay-offs from the Macy's Department store chain, the real crash is hitting the Harlem home boy. Big box stores like Circuit City, owner of a large store on 14th St are going bye bye for good. The Commercial real estate market is going south for the winter. Now what will happen to all these real estate projects like the East River Plaza mall and the Bronx Gateway Mall, that are being extended into Harlem, the Bronx and beyond? Obama better realize it is time to break the consensus and act, to put the speculation into bankruptcy, and issue new credit in a New Bretton Woods. That means the USA, China, India and Russia being the seed crystal for a new no-speculation monetary system.
