That means firing Hedge Fund Guru Larry Summers and giving mouth piece Treas. Sec. Geitner new orders. The "zombie plan" to buy up the toxic waste is ridiculous, and is paid by the tax payers, at the tune of 97-percent, up to and including $1 trillion dollars. That means the toxic waste management stays in place in AIG, Bank of America, Chase, etc. and you never get to investigate all of their crimes through a modern day Pecora commission.
