It was caused by a psychotic who was part of the psychiatric treatment system and who could easily be triggered to cause murder in Arizona. Then the British media and the NY Banker owned media had the canned response that this is because of strident opposition to Obama's Nazi health bill and death panels. We are in a situation of breakdown in the USA, and we need jobs, and Obama to be declared out and insane under the 25th Amendment, Section 4.
You better beware, because there are plenty of 22 year-olds out there who are degenerates and sickos like Loughner and who are waiting to be triggered. We had a situation that was not as {bad} as that, in the late 1920s and early 1930s. For that, we used the CCC and similar kinds of programs. We took people out of the towns and cities in which they resided, as family residences. We got 'em off the streets, out of their homes, and into projects, where, after three, four, five years they began to take on a semblance of humanity. That will have to be done again.
