Yes, there was a mini scandal in the Bronx on AIDS Day. I wrote a little article in the Harlem News Group publication, the Bronx Community News, to celebrate AIDS Day. AIDS day is a day in the first week of December, to commemorate those who have died with AIDS, and those who are valiantly living with AIDS.
I let out that "Simply Rob" is infected with AIDS. If I just used his stage name it would have been alright, but I used his real name, which got some of the people at the C.A.B. center upset. I think the "scandal" has blown over by now.
