In NYC, particularly in the South Bronx, we think we should help people.  At Sobro organization you can get help with English as a Second Language, and even get legal help for undocumented persons.  Many business workers and students were brought to the USA as children.  This is the only home they know.  They may not know even how to speak Spanish or another language of their parents. Others need to learn English.
