Stop the War Between Ukraine and Russia

 The U.S. can promptly end this war by making Ukraine a neutral, non-aligned state, just as we did during the Cold War with Austria in 1955. Yes, there would be some territorial adjustments resulting from the war. But peace would end the ongoing bloodshed, avert a nuclear conflagration, and assure Ukraine’s long-term safety and independence.

Nuclear war is unthinkable; peace is the better course of action. Please consider it.

Italian crash, make a stash

They are blaming the stock market plunge of 2% today on the Italian crisis.  But, we know that the Euro is about to blow.... We're sitting on a powder keg. In Europe, destabilizations are mounting. In Italy, the latest phase of blocking sovereignty and the will of the electorate, occurred last night, when President Sergio Mattarella denied the ministerial roster submitted by the coalition of M5S and Lega parties—objecting to senior economist Paolo Savona for Economics Minister—and instead declared an ex-IMF austerity hitman, Carlo Cottarelli, as Prime Minister-designate, mandated to form a cabinet. When sent to Parliament, Cottarelli's list will be rejected, prompting more chaos, and new elections. This is a coup, but the London-centered "financial community," expressed by Handelsblatt, applauds Mattarella for blocking "populism."

In Spain, a crisis is looming, as a no-confidence measure will be debated later this week, on the Rajoy government—which has de-merits; but the danger comes from the lack of any positive program from anyone at all. The potential instability here, particularly threatens those parts of the Iberian Peninsula which have been moving strongly with the Belt and Road Initiative.

In the United States, the Mueller/Russia-Gate Coup—though discredited by the hour—is still in operation and causing havoc in policy-making across the board. And all the while, the Wall Street/City of London monetarist system is cracking up, as shown by the recent emergency palliatives administered to Deutsche Bank, and the worsening situations of several national economies which are being slammed, as hot-money games blow out in Argentina, Brazil, and elsewhere.

The situation is very dangerous. But the blatancy of the "British" element throughout, creates a not-to-be missed opportunity, for action to strike the fatal blow. The London-centered financial and geopolitical power network is resorting to ever-more obvious dirty means to oppose the advance of the new world paradigm seen in the "New Silk Road."

President Trump himself reiterated in six tweets over the weekend, how Russia-Gate has turned into Spygate. For example, May 26,"This whole Russia Probe is Rigged. Just an excuse as to why the Dems and Crooked Hillary lost the Election and States that haven't been lost in decades...SPYGATE & CONFLICTS OF INTEREST."Though he omits citing the British factor, Trump did make reference to it historically, in his May 25 speech at the Annapolis Naval Academy, saying that, "Our ancestors trounced the Empire..."

Now is the time for trouncing the Empire worldwide. The indications of what positive steps could look like, for the advent of a worldwide shared future of peace and development, come from Asia. Previews were given Monday from Beijing, of the June 9-10 Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Qingdao, where President Xi Jinping will chair the sessions, host a state visit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, and welcome guest observer nations, including Iran. Two days later, there is the prospective meeting of President Trump and North Korean Chairman Kim Jong-un.

St. Hillary Will Not Save you from Trump.... too bad

St. Hillary Clinton... an icon at the NYC women's march on Sat. January 20th... on Central Park West... how pathetic and ridiculous...  But still, the leftover problems of Obama and the Hillary Clinton war hysteria still hang over America in a weird way...

How can it be that Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's leadership in Japan have come to see both China and Russia as close partners for cooperation, while President Trump's Defense Secretary and National Security Advisor declare Russia and China greater threats to the United States than international terrorism?

Japan is America's closest ally in Asia, closest partner in placing pressure on North Korea to denuclearize, and is an immediate neighbor to both China and Russia and to the Korean Peninsula. Prime Minister Abe, like Trump, has met repeatedly with Russian President Putin over the same time period, and like Trump, has had the intention of developing cooperation.

But Abe has followed through, and is now following through with China's Belt and Road Initiative as well; Trump has been prevented. As both Russia and China clearly see, he has been prevented by his McCarthyite opposition, emphatically including in the Republican Party and military.

The "Russiagate" coup attempt against Trump fronted by legal assassin Robert Mueller has been badly damaged by our own and other exposures, and can be defeated.

Now the strategic insanity surrounding the President — epitomized in the new draft National Defense Strategy unveiled by Defense Secretary Mattis — is a greater threat: to him, to the United States, and to the human species. Take to heart the warning of former Defense Secretary William Perry, that the false missile alert in Hawai'i was not a false alarm, but a wake-up call, about how close even accidental thermonuclear destruction is, in a crisis of confrontation of nuclear powers. Take to heart the warnings of Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawai'i, that the Bush-Obama "regime-change wars" must be ended — as Trump intended to — or the threat of thermonuclear war will be on the doorstep.

Even if that destruction is avoided, the strategy of great-power confrontations recently pronounced by Vice President Pence, Secretary Mattis, crazed Napoleons of the GOP like Senators Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz, etc., takes away all chance of cooperation with China in the Belt and Road Initiative of great infrastructure projects, or with Russia in Southwest Asian peace.

New Cold War? Forget it. In the Cold War, the United States had numerous allies. In declaring war on China, Russia, and the "New Silk Road," America has just one: Great Britain, the great user of American military power and great destroyer of American economic power from within.

The President should declare — as he may do — the new National Defense Strategy null and void, and take the Davos or the State of the Union occasion to declare to join the "New Silk Road." What that will mean for America's domestic policies, is what Lyndon LaRouche called "four new laws to save the nation," which we are mobilizing to put at the center of the upcoming mid-term election contests.

Hack Wack and Riot dont buyit vs Trump

The Russiagate effort to depose President Trump is close to dead. Two leaders of the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS), Ray McGovern and William Binney, spoke at a LaRouchePAC forum in Manhattan, Saturday,reviewing their forensic proof that there was no hack of the DNC computers, and that corrupt Obama intelligence officials had fabricated evidence to point at Russia, to stop Trump's effort to bring the US and Russia and China together for peace.

But the coup-plotters have not given up — they have moved on to race-bait the President, using provocateurs, on both sides, and using the media, to stir up racial hatred, also on both sides, creating the potential for civil war and an environment conducive to a "lone assassin" hit on the President.

The fact that President Trump was absolutely right in his declaration that there were violent provocateurs on both sides of the Charlottesville disaster, is becoming more and more clear by the day. The attempt to reproduce the Charlottesville chaos in Boston, on Saturday, resulted only in a handful of conservatives marching for free speech, being met by about 10,000 "anti-nazi" and "anti-fascist" counter demonstrators. The police did their job, keeping the two sides separated (not as in Charlottesville), but there were 33 arrests of violent "antifa" and "Black Lives Matter" militants who challenged the police. Boston Police Commissioner William Evans said there were three categories on the street: "Those who came out for the rally, those who came to protest it, and those who wanted to start some trouble."

Former UN Ambassador and civil rights leader Andrew Young cut through the maze of lies in an NBC interview Sunday:"Most of the issues that we're dealing with now are related to poverty. But we still want to put everything in a racial context," Amb. Young said.

"The reason I feel uncomfortable condemning the Klan types is, they are almost the poorest of the poor. They are the forgotten Americans. And, they have been used and abused and neglected. Instead of giving them affordable health care, they give them black lung jobs.... Our job [in the Civil Rights Movement] was not to put down white people. Our job was to lift everybody up together, so that we would learn to live together as brothers and sisters rather than perish together as fools."

1) US/NATO v. Russia

Two former NATO commanders, Breedlove and Stavridis, argue, in a new report published by RUSI, that NATO needs tot ake steps in the North Atlantic comparable to and in support of the actions it is taking in eastern Europe. “The North Atlantic is NATO’s lifeblood; it is the trans-Atlantic link,” Breedlove wrote in the RUSI report. “After two decades of relative calm, we now see a growing Russian threat to this region. The North Atlantic has become the testing area for Russia’s increasingly sophisticated submarines and aircraft.” Breedlove said that Russia has developed “offensive long-range, high-precision capabilities and is building high-end maritime capabilities that could deny NATO members freedom of maneuver at sea.” The RUSI report, says Stars and Stripes, argues that NATO has overlooked the North Atlantic maritime area, focusing instead on other areas, including Afghanistan, tensions in Ukraine and an alliance effort during the past two and half years to build up land forces along its eastern borders with Russia. “NATO must understand that because the North Atlantic plays an important part in Russian military strategic calculations — as evident in its growing naval and air force laydown — it is essential that the region become more central to NATO’s own planning, deployments and preparations,” Stavridis wrote in his contribution to the report.
To the Russians, this is nothing more than another exercise in NATO fear mongering. "All work is paid for, and this report is no exception. How objective it is and the competency of the person who prepared it is another issue. It's one thing if he has tried to give an objective picture, but if he wanted to spread some fear and think up some stories, that's quite another and it seems to me that in this case, it's most likely the second one," Nikolai Topornin, an associate professor of European Law at the Russian Foreign Ministry's Moscow State Institute of International Relations, told Radio Sputnik, in apparent reference to Breedlove. "The man has simply set himself the task of telling everyone that Russia was violating some kind of strategic standards, is strengthening its military presence, including naval and may constitute some kind of threat," Topornin told Radio Sputnik.

2) Syria and the War On ISIS

Rex Tillerson will be convening a meeting in Washington on March 22 to discuss the war against ISIS. Russia and Iran, two countries with forces directly engaged against ISIS in Syria won‛t be invited, however. Russian Senator Alexei Pushkov commented that it is quite possible to discuss the fight against Daesh without Russia's participation, but it is impossible to defeat them without Russia. Evgeny Satanovsky, head of the Moscow-based Middle East Institute, however, does note that there is US-Russian military cooperation in Syria, but that Trump doesn‛t want to discuss it because of the domestic political climate in Washington.
Fars News, meanwhile, citing something called Hawar news, reports that things aren‛t going swimmingly between the Turks and their proxies in the FSA. Hawar news quoted informed sources as saying that at least sixty Ankara-backed militants in al-Rai town in Northern Aleppo have dropped ties with the Euphrates Shield Operation over low salary and Turkish Army's indifferences to the promises it made to assist the militants.
And a senior official of the PYD warns that Turkey wants to occupy parts of northern Syria. "The territory that Turkey wants to advance to belongs to the Syrian state. These lands are part of Syria's sovereign system. Attacking these lands means attacking a sovereign state," said Ewwas Eli, responsible for foreign relations of the PYD's branch in Kobani. "Turkey wants to occupy Syria."
Meanwhile, the US State Department has declared Hayyat Tahrir al-Sham in a statement published on Friday. The reasoning is simple. The leader of HTS is Mohammad Al-Julani, commander-in-chief of Jabhat Fateh Al-Sham, which was Jabhat al Nusra, which was Al Qaeda, and therefore should still be considered Al Qaeda. Al Masdar published the US statement in Arabic, but I can‛t find it in English.

3) Israel v. Iran

When Netanyahu was in Moscow, last week, he reportedly told Putin that any truce in Syria should see the departure of Iranian and Iranian-backed militias from the country. “We do not want to see Shia Islamic terrorism led by Iran step in to replace Sunni Islamic terrorism,” Netanyahu told the Russian President. “Iran continues attempts to destroy the Jewish state. They speak of this openly and write this in black and white in their newspapers. According to The Independent and other reports, IRGC militias are on the Syrian side of the Golan Heights in the form of a Shiite paramilitary group called the “Golan Liberation Brigade.” Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba, an Iraqi force backed by Iran, is “ready to take action to liberate Golan” from Israeli occupation, according to spokesman quoted by Iranian state media this week. “I made it clear [ti Putin] that regarding Syria, while Israel is not opposed that there should be an agreement there, we strongly oppose the possibility that Iran and its proxies will be left with a military presence in Syria under such an agreement,” Netanyahu said.
While Iranian-backed militias in Syria could probably cause trouble, it seems unlikely to me that they could come anywhere close to invading and capturing the Israeli occupied part of the Golan Heights. They would get pulverized before they got very far.

Obama needs to be impeached now as he comes into his own in the war to destroy Russia.  He's really fuming at the mouth in Estonia. Also over the weekend, Izvestia received and published portions of a leaked copy of the draft new ten year plan from the Russia Federal Space Program covering the period from 2016-2025. The document reported that Roscosmos will be developing the key elements of a Moon base and will begin construction of proto-types of all of the modules in Russia in 2018.

Wall St needs the money

Wall St needs the money.  They are broke and have to loot everyone from Argentina to Russia.  It's a dangerous situation.  Call it the "Tonkin Gulf Syndrome." First you fabricate a lie about an incident or its authorship to justify military action; then you quickly escalate hostilities; and war is irreversibly underway before anyone has time to think twice about it.

It's what the British Empire did to suck the U.S. into the Vietnam quagmire. It's what Tony Blair pulled off with his "dodgy dossier" about Saddam Hussein's non-existent WMD in Iraq, with George Bush in tow. It's what the British and Obama tried to do again last year with the Syrian government's supposed chemical weapons attack—which was derailed at the eleventh hour by strong opposition from outside and inside the U.S., much of it organized by LaRouche PAC. And it is what the desperate, bankrupt British Empire is once again trying to pull off around the MH17 incident in Ukraine, with a headlong rush towards thermonuclear confrontation between the United States and Russia.

In the last 24 hours, significant obstacles have been thrown up to that British gambit—from U.S. military and intelligence circles opposed to Obama's provocations; from Russian President Putin; and from a deeply-divided Europe, which is dragging its feet on adopting increased sanctions against Russia.

But stalling war, as desirable as it is, does not eliminate the driving force behind the rush to thermonuclear confrontation.

This is paper that is never going to be paid. There is no possibility that the speculators will be able to recoup. Wall Street and the City of London are just going to have to take the hit."

"Take the related case of Detroit, where that city is also being destroyed by bankers and vulture funds—including some of the very same ones preying on Argentina—trying to collect on worthless assets. LaRouche also pointed to other worthless paper accounts which are destroying the world economy, such as those of commodity speculators."Look at the grain markets. Look at energy. These guys are also claiming values that don't exist, and they are killing people as a result. In fact,"LaRouche added,"we need a general proposal for an agreement among nations, as to what isand what is not real value in the economy. We have to force that issue, if we are going to solve the crisis. Fortunately, the BRICS nations have taken a strong step in that direction at their mid-July summit in Brazil."

With yesterday's decision by Judge Griesa to not grant a stay in the execution of the vulture funds' predatory collection demands on Argentina, that country now faces a July 31 deadline to either pay up, for face default. "That means the fuse is lit," LaRouche said,"both on the Argentina debt bomb, which could detonate the entire international system, and also on the escalating war danger. The time to act is now."

Jan. 15, India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh laid the foundation stone for the country's largest nuclear power plant, at Gorakhpur village in the Fatehabad district of Haryana. The plant's first two units of indigenous nuclear reactors, developed by the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL), will produce 1400 MW. Two additional reactors of 700 MW capacity each at the same site will receive approval in the 13th plan period (2017-2021), by which time, the first two units will be operational. The actual construction work will begin in June 2015, after which, it may take five and a half years for the first unit to be ready and another six months for the second unit. Both units are likely to produce commercial electricity by 2020-21. The 2800 MW nuclear power plant in Haryana is to be followed by two more 2800 MW nuclear power units, at Bhimpur in Madhya Pradesh and Mahi Banswara in Rajasthan. In addition, a 1400 MW unit will be built at Chutka in Madhya Pradesh.
While laying the foundation stone of the $4 billion project, the Prime Minister said that the people of Haryana have set an example by adopting such an advanced method of power generation. A total of around 1,500 acres of land in the villages of Gorakhpur, Kajalheri, and Badopal, in the district Fatehabad, have been acquired for the project and $120 million has been paid to 847 families of these villages as compensation.
The agreement reached with the people in acquiring the land, is considered a welcome respite amidst recent rounds of opposition, orchestrated by various anti-nuclear forces, that New Delhi faced in obtaining land for installations of nuclear power plants.
During the construction stage, a maximum of 8,000 persons (when construction of Stage-I will be nearing completion and construction of Stage-II will be started) will be deployed; and up to the final stage of the project about, 1,700 workers will be required (covering technical and general administration).

The Next Election for President

Glass Steagall must win, Obama must lose.  We really need a new credit system, which I seriously doubt that Romney is going to give us.  The mere declaration to carry through with North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA) means a new change for the US population.
